仕事で海外に行くことがあったのだけど、せっかくなら各地で走ってみたいよね、と思って香港、シンガポール、バンコク、ドバイでそれぞれ走ってみたよ。一番よかったのはバンコク！！朝からすごいたくさんの人が走ったり、太極拳みたいなのをやっている元気印がたくさんいて、こっちも元気になる感じ！！香港は海辺で景色も最高にいいのだけど、空気が汚いらしいのねぇ。大都市で走るのって、あまりよろしくないのかもねぇ。
シンガポールは川縁もたくさんあって、走りやすかったけど、湿度が高くて大変だったわ。。。
んでドバイは、もう着いた瞬間に「こりゃだめだわぁ」と思うくらい暑い！！しかも砂なのか、建設中の埃なのか、空気も砂色だし。。w でもせっかくなので砂漠でトライ！もちろん１分とて走ってないけどぉ。笑
いろいろ走ってみると、私の近所は最高に走りやすいなと改めて思ったのでした！これから暑くなるけど、ドバイよりはマシと思えばどこでもいけそう。。。。笑
I had chances to visit some countries, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Dubai on business. I actually ran just for fun since I love running! I loved Bangkok the best. I found a nice park where many local people enjoy running, streaching, doing yoga or something early in the morning! I liked the view of Hong Kong, but the air was not so clean,,, I don't think running is always good for your health if you live in a big city;)
Singapore was also good, but it was very humid and hot, so I couldn't keep running so long.
How about Dubai? Oh, it's impossible runing in Dubai because it's sooooo hot and the air looked sandy:) When I came back from those cities, I appreciate my town! It's actually getting hotter in Japan, too, but I will always remeber how it was in Dubai, and I'll be fine!
