仕事で札幌へ行ってきました！札幌、すんごいひさしぶりだったけど、マイナスの世界ってやっぱ厳しい！と思い出させてくれるくらいさむかった。w　でも、寒いからこそ厚着するせいで、東京のときよりは寒いと感じる瞬間が短くてすむところは意外だったりする。。。分析するに、東京だとおしゃれする代わりに薄着になる傾向にある！？
写真のは、札幌市内のテレビ塔！東京タワーが５０周年で、ブルーのライトになってたけど、そんな感じでブルーのライトがきれーだった。私は赤よりブルーライトに弱い。。。ｗ
寒い寒い北海道だったけど、食べ物はどれもおいしかったし、スノボーもすんごい久しぶりだったし、尊敬するレストランオーナーと交流も深められたし、充実した1週間でした＾＾

I went to Sapporo in Hokkaido. I visited Hokkaido many years ago, so I had almost forgot how cold it was,,, but it was VERY easy for me to remember the coldness when I arrived there:) I put many layers(jackets), so I did not feel so much cold. People feel like wearing less to look more fashionable in Tokyo, I guess.
The picture is Television tower in Sapporo city. I love the blue lights! This year, Tokyo tower sometimes becomes blue as well for 50th anniversary.
In Hokkaido, I enjoyed getting along with a family of a restaurant owner and snowboarding, and eating good Hokkaido cuisine!

今日で2008年も終わりかぁ！ってことで、走り納めに皇居へGO!普段はディズニーランドの周りをぷらぷら適当に走っているのだけど、今日はランナー従兄弟に誘われ、ツワモノ（ｗ）たちと同じ空気でも吸いにいこうと皇居へ行ったのです！ 皇居のいいところは、「一人じゃ走んないであろう」距離とスピードで走れてしまうところ。あとは速い人たちがたくさん走っているから、フォームとか見てるとなんとなくイメトレ？みたいな効果もある。そして一緒に走ってくれる人たちと仲良くなって、ますます楽しい！に拍車がかかるのであった。 2009年も自分のランニングスタイルは楽しさ追求型で行こうと改めて思ったのでした！！ ところでランニングは大好きだけど、自転車で遠出もしてみちゃおうかなと思って、 衝動買い。ｗ　年明けはノープランで本能のままに南へ西へ東へ（北は寒くてイヤ。ｗ）彼氏と旅行がてらに冒険してみようかと。2009年はチャリでも疾走したいタジーなのでした。 （まだ鍵かけられなくて家の中に置いておいた。ｗ） A new year is coming!! I went running at Imperial Palace to celebrate the last day of 2008! I usually run around Tokyo Disney land, my home town, My cousine invited me to run together around Imperial Palace(the place is very popular among runners since there is no signals, and the place is beautiful like a big park.) I do not mind running by myself but I really appreciate running together with someone because I always get better images for forms of running etc. I also appreciate networking with new runners. I'll keep running in 2009 of course, but I'll start biking as well. I bought this bike the other day. I'm gonna go somewhere(with no plans) following my instinct. I'm excited about taking a bicycle trip with my boyfriend, too. I'll enjoy running with my feet and by bike next year!
